Last Monday we launched our House competition where Davenant students will virtually travel from our school site to Tokyo. So far we are over a week in and we have seen some great work from all those students involved, so far we have the three Houses all pulling together to give total distances that all put them in mainland Europe. Gillingham house have reached just North of Calais, whilst Salisbury and Whitechapel are both either side of Cologne in Germany. 

The thought behind this House competition was to give the students a screen break whilst also allowing them to have a chance to get some fresh air and exercise. They can complete their distances however they would like Walking, Running, Cycling and we have even given some information on their PE google classes. 

We hope they enjoy it and they will get weekly updates on where they are on their journey to Tokyo.
