TEACHER TRAINING WITH ESSEX SCHOOLS ITT
At Davenant, we have a long and successful history of training the next generation of teachers. Over a third of our current teaching staff have been trained through the school teacher training partnership.
We are the Lead School for 'Essex Schools ITT' and work as a partnership with over 20 other schools in West Essex, Harlow, Chelmsford and Havering to provide both secondary and primary initial teacher training.
All of our partnership schools have made a commitment to work together through our Initial Teacher Training (ITT) route, with our provider Tes Institute to offer the very best of school-based teacher training programmes.
