There have been significant challenges over the last couple of years, and we are proud of the support given to our students, which resulted in record-breaking exam results in Summer 2022; setting us as the highest achieving mixed Comprehensive School in Essex.

The grading system 9‐1 has now fully embedded into the educational landscape and, with the exams being linear in nature all subjects have their final exams in the summer of year 11. The only exception to this is GCSE RS, which is taken by all Davenant students in Year 10. The booklet linked below contains detailed information on all the options available to students.
