The school’s ethos strongly supports the promotion of values such as tolerance, respect, democracy and the rule of law. The distinctive aim for our school is to “nurture mind, body and spirit” of every student and to provide a wide range of opportunities for students to develop their full potential.

With reference to the management of the school, the last Ofsted report noted that “there is a very strong sense of purpose in the school as a result of the shared vision which has been developed”.
